I really thought I had it, but a 10lb. PR was a little ambitious If I had gone to 275 I would have had it, and got a 5lb. PR, but I'll put some more work in and try and get it first of Oct.

Crappy day of training, August was a heavy month, I'm gonna increase the volume and lessen the intensity for Sept. and lay a little more foundation.
