- This was a good training session despite some distractions. I think the cooler weather is definitely helping me get more volume in without feeling exhausted. I felt like I could have gone all day.

-I can tell the 10lbs or so I have lost have negatively affected my strength, esp. in the deadlift, but that is just how it's going to be. I've got to lose some weight and get healthy before I can build back up.

Took my little Girl to Chick-fil-a and then to the pet store for a little evening out with daddy.  We had fun and even got a new tag for Gracie the wonder dog. No training, going to hit it hard tomorrow.

Pulled my stones out of the mold only to discover that my 330lber separated and created this mishapen egg of an atlas stone, what a great waste of 20$ in premium concrete.  That is how my day started and it didn't get much better. At least Auburn won...

Went and ran a few errands, bought my concrete to make a 210 and 330lb. stone.  Got that mixed up and poured today. Then watch Texas A&M beat Alabama (Gig 'em!) then watched my beloved Auburn tigers get beat down by Georgia... One day we'll be good again.

A rainy day, we're all messed up from the time change, went to Sunday School, and came home for some NFL and nap.

Today is Orphan Sunday, and that means a lot to me. Went back to Church this evening for corporate prayer over the global orphan crisis that is happening right now. What a heavy burden to me.

I got out today and got my two stone molds prepped for pouring, got everything set just right so all I have to do is mix and pour.  The time and effort of making stones is all in the prep, the pouring is really easy.
