Day 251

Daughter is running a fever. So we had a pretty lazy day at home. It was cold as the mischief so we didn't stray to far from the fireplace.

I did get a nap in and head out to train this afternoon

Empty barbell curls x 15 x 3  (bicep/elbow is slowly getting better just going to do these until I can go up in weight)
