I really am starting to like it. If there's something out of place or the rack is all janked up I got nobody to blame but me. Plus it was fun having Tinkerbell join me with some sidewalk chalk and her new Barbie kite.

It was upper body rep day I took a good shoulder width grip and just went 'til I couldn't go anymore. Did the first rep just to prime the pumps.

Band pushdowns x 15 x 4
Barbell Curls x 15 x 4
a few more light band exercises after that.
