Ran a few errands to Tractor Supply and Home Depot, got some good ideas in mind for improving my squat rack and a few other projects.
Then I was able to get out in the garage and do some things
Log clean and strict Press

Lots of shoulder movements with bands x a lot
Barbell Strict press
135 x 5
155 x 5

band rows x 4 sets
wrist roller x 6 sets
