Him: barbell complexes
worked up to a short complex with 145
Me: rack pulls against bands and chains for max double
worked up to 405lb bar weight, bar just below knee
Him: frame carry
two trips with 360lbs. (working on foot speed, kept these light, it's been a while)
Me: 540lb. tire flip
4 sets of 5 (felt good, arm didn't bother me too bad, worked on running through the tire and being fast)
