275 x 2,1 (tried to get three but after the second rep it was a no go on the third and I'm too old to miss reps, racked it, rested and made the last one in strict form)

Band lat pulldowns x 18,15,12 (12 breathes between sets)

stone trainer 140 x 5, 175 x 5 (trying to get my left bicep/elbow back up to par, still giving me fits / painful)
