DELOAD WEEK!

Not that I have much to de-load from, but still.

Lots of warming up of shoulders

Overhead squats x bar x ?
Snatch + overhead squats x 3 rounds

clean and push jerk
185 x 3 jerks x 3 rounds

clean and front squat 185 x 3 x 3

barbell Calf raise 245 x 15 x 3
Arch back good morning 135 x 10 x 3

bicep and tricep sled pulling x 4 trips each
