Log Clean and Strict press for reps

Zydrunas Presses off pins w/ chains added

165 x 4 (tried for 5, but just didn't have it)

Dumbbell pullovers (can't do pullups still, this is straight out of the 1997 toolbox)
110 x 3 (too heavy)
80 x 10 x 3

Chain tricep extension
3 sets to exhaustion
