Took my oldest fishing and we caught our dinner.
Then we brought them home and I filleted them with my electric knife and my lovely little angel bride fried them up for us for dinner. They were good eating too!

ReplyDeleteI wanted to fix some, but we didn't have corn meal. So we double battered them in flour and added some this and that. They were really good, except for my big/old one I caught, he was a little fishy tasting.
