Day 142
Had the whole day off work, got my family seen off back to Charlotte/Vernon. The house sure is quiet now with all the kids gone. I think my little girl misses her cousins, she had a blast playing with them. Training and work tomorrow.

Went to watch the AU vs. Texas A&M game... Auburn got the crap beat out of them. You could literally see the quit in our team after the aTm scored the second time.... But we still had a great night and enjoyed spending time with my lovely bride.

I was supposed to go and deadlift a poop ton today, but my lower back is clamped up and absolutely killing me. So I flat out skipped training today and took a nap, and rested on a heating pad for a little while.
I can only go heavy for about 3 weeks and then my body is going to tell me to back off... It's almost like I should plan to back off....

Walked around like a cripple at the Pumkin Patch with my wife and little girl. I swear there were times where I had to take my time walking and standing up because I was so stove up.
Got home just in time to watch Auburn collapse onto itself while playing Ole Miss. Then took a nap and relaxed the rest of the day. Good Lord I'm sore.
