I was supposed to go and deadlift a poop ton today, but my lower back is clamped up and absolutely killing me. So I flat out skipped training today and took a nap, and rested on a heating pad for a little while.
I can only go heavy for about 3 weeks and then my body is going to tell me to back off... It's almost like I should plan to back off....
