Day 128

Squat (in chucks, which I guess for now is what is best)
bar x warmup
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 2
365 x 1
425 x 2 (I'm tried to bury these, but I'll have to video my depth because I think I'm gonna red light myself)
350 x 3 x 6

Lots of stretching and loosening up between sets. Could barely walk right into the gym and then I do all this, amazing what barbell squats can do for you. I'll be back to not being able to walk tomorrow.
