12" deadlift against short bands
bar x 5

365 x 3(the set up on these made it a challenge, lots of band tension)

snatch grip high pulls
135 x 5
225 x 5 x 3

Walking lunges w/ no weight, cause let's face it I weigh enough 3 x 10

Sledge Hammer on Tire 25 x 4 close spaced sets

Shrugs 315 x 25, 25
