My training is now going to weedays only. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with maybe and extra workout in there somewhere. My weekends are just to valuable to go to the gym and wreck myself for the rest of the weekend, I need to be a daddy and husband and take care of things at home. Me and little girl went back to the pool today. We swam, she drank half the pool. It was a good day. Top it off with a family walk after my wife's sizzling fajitas for dinner.

Turned unloading the frame into a medley, took more out of me than it should have.
Loaded a few stones up on the trailer brought them home to pressure wash and seal, gonna work on making a honest to goodness set of stones. Rolling the stones up on the trailer was half a workout in and of itself.

How crappy is it that we have a random day off in the middle of the week.
Hung some pictures for my wife. Our daughter cried most of the day out of boredom and shear frustration. Then we ate pork chops and went to the fireworks show and are very tired and are going to bed too late.. That is all.

My back is super clamped up, work was difficult, wife is sick and has a fever, daughter exhausting every ounce of patience we have... pretty much a standard day.
On the bright side is a brisk and chilly 96F outside, amazing what a huge relief it is compared to the low 100's.
I did get a short nap today which I think helped. We'll see how training goes tomorrow. May have to work around this back thing.
