Day 26

Bump / Hang / and Full cleans

Once I get warmed up, catching it in the rack poistion is getting much better. Slowly it is almost as if I'm teaching an old dog new tricks.

Deadlift all singles

435 x 4 ( these were way slower than normal, back was taxed from the clean practicing)

Lat pull downs
175 x 8
222 x 8,8

DB curls x too embarrassed to say x 2 sets

Went to the mexican restaurant with the family, got the chicken fajitas, ate big.

One more thing, Saturday I will not touch a barbell, Strongman events only... This may become the norm...
