315 x 1 (ease breezy, nice since I haven't benched in months)

squat to 15.5" box
bar x 5
135 x 5
225 x 5
300 x 5,5,5  (did these as fast as possible, box was really a depth gauge, never really sat on it)

stone trainer (one motion)
170 x 5
195 x 5
240 stone no tacky x 3 singles (not one motion)
